The Cuban Photograph
I had time to digest the photograph and came to a remarkable conclusion – our President seemed to appear very happy in this Cuban environment of tyranny and continued violations of human rights. There he stood, in solidarity shoulder to shoulder, with the Cuban dictator, totally oblivious to the perception he was projecting as an American leader, as he appeared pleased standing there with the Raul Castro in front of the large than life mural of Che Guevara, a murderer and revolutionist who is Cuba’s founder and hailed a hero.
Had Cuba been a friendly neighbor, a non-oppressive neighbor, a place where people are free and enjoy the riches of liberty, this photograph would have been perceived to be a positive moment for American history. Instead, it defined the true nature of a man destined to be identified in his own chosen element of Socialists, Marxists, Communists and a liberal’s delight to promote the Obama agenda of our country.(the following was my opinion, nothing more, nothing less)
